hearing that majority of OP labs employees are in market for hiring.
im not fudding OP, but this is sad. what it means is that people are either bored or want to go to another place.
OP is one of the best engineering teams that i have seen but sadly, i believe the insane rally of superchain eco is fading.
people can always be replaced just how they do in corporate world. it however takes time to hire good fit and is expensive to train them to.
it however doesnt mean the company is fading. it just means that people's mission/priorities have changed.
here is a great opportunity for others to join OP labs btw.
