Bitcoin ATHs plan ATH breakouts more often than not will come with a certain amount of fuckery Here's my plan for Bitcoin and Altcoins. > Bitcoin: Looking for a long setup, but letting price develop some more clarity first. Looking for a local breakout structure at the range high, or something I can work with around the mid-range. This is just an example of price action I can work with; it can look totally different (or we just blast through) in hindsight. > Altcoins: As I’ve been preaching forever: Bitcoin historically always does two HTF legs into new highs (leg up → base/chop in blue → second leg up). And it has historically always been the second Bitcoin leg into new highs when altcoins finally wake up and start their cycle. Bitcoin dominance goes up for about 95% of the cycle, only to drop in the last 5%. Not expecting it to be any different this time, and I expect it to happen again once Bitcoin truly breaks out of the local range shown in screenshot 1 of this post and start its second leg into new highs (though short term, we could still see a Bitcoin dominance bounce). Total altcoin market cap > Mainly allocated myself in new spot positions last April/May when it reclaimed the mid-range (in green) and still holding most of these positions. I'm not selling them here at the range highs as I'm betting on a break out and catch up with Bitcoin If you didn’t load up at support but are feeling massive FOMO now at resistance, you might still do well long term as I think we’ll break out (that’s what I’ve been positioning for). I still believe medium-time-frame execution is important: > New positions: Will NOT chase price here into the range high resistance, while bitcoin hits the local range high resistance as well. Will wait for a clean close above as new allocation trigger.

I think many are feeling a certain urge of FOMO here into the range high resistance, but there will be countless reclaim and breakout setups forming on altcoins that you can still easily catch after a clean breakout confirmation. Fartcoin is still one of the cleanest examples: > Range low reclaim play > local structure break I'd expect these setups to give us the confirmation once Total 3 breaks out. Exactly the same setup as we took with Bitcoin, Solana, and Ethereum earlier in this cycle; I'll find more setups like these and post them over the coming days.
